We offer consulting services to help Government and Nonprofit Agencies find realistic solutions to today's problems so they may plan for the future. These services include: 

Policy Analysis 
  * Legislative and regulatory issues are analyzed for their impact on the organization and the population served.
  * Advocacy strategies are proposed. With this knowledge, agencies are better equipped to respond effectively and 
    appropriately by contacting legislators, preparing clients, retargeting resources and adjusting services.  

Board Development 
  * Governing boards are provided guidance regarding their role and legal duties.
  * Reviews and recommendations are made on board composition, recruitment practices, committee structure and 
    self-assessment techniques.Board development is key to an agency's future success.  

Strategic Planning 
  * Governing boards and management are guided through a strategic planning process that solidifies the 
    organization's mission and vision for the future and produces realistic work plans for achieving long-term goals.
  * Results include a renewed spirit and sense of purpose and direction, a shared understanding about priorities, 
    and a plan for the future.   

Organizational Reviews 
  * Organizational reviews are conducted to give management the insight and information needed to better allocate 
    fiscal and staff resources and to improve administrative practices and systems.
  * Results include improved communications and team-building, increased staff morale, and greater ability 
    to meet organizational objectives.  

Market Development 
  * Various methods are used to identify areas of need, establish collaborative partnerships and build support
   for new ventures,including focus group facilitation, one-on-one interviews and written surveys.
  * Market development helps new organizations get started and established organizations expand and 
    extend their reach.  

Program Design 
  * New program ideas are developed, analyzed for feasibility and "packaged" for fundability.
  * Program packages contain a "making the case" narrative; detailed staff, budget and space requirements; 
    and an implementation plan with target dates and outcome measures. 
  * Results include agency growth, better and more services to clients and communities, and increased opportunities 
    for new revenues and donor support.  

Implementation 
  * Management is assisted in implementing organizational changes, including on-the-job staff training, 
    relocation assistance, project management, and on-site mentoring. 
  * Products may include written policy and procedure manuals, training materials, space plans and business plans.
  * Results include improved organizational functioning and better-trained staff. Special projects are completed 
    in a timely fashion with minimal disruption to ongoing activities and services.
