Leslie Jacobs founded the the management consulting firm of Leslie W. Jacobs & Associates in 1992. Relying upon an extensive network of independent consultants, Leslie Jacobs is able to carefully match a team of consultants to the requirements of each project.   

A Network of Professional Consultants       
Principal consultants are selected from a pool of professionals who are highly regarded in their fields, most having more than 20 years experience.  Senior and junior-level consultants join the team when the size and scope of the project requires additional support. The network of professional consultants includes:

Project Management       
Leslie Jacobs serves as project manager for every team project.       
She selects the team members, assigns the work, and drives the process to ensure that the project stays on track and on time.
She leads the team through the analysis and recommendation stages of the project, producing a final work product that is of highest quality and substance. 
       
            
Independent Consulting       
In addition to team projects, Leslie Jacobs serves as an independent consultant, working alone and as a subcontractor to other consulting firms.
